So I'm listening to Enchanted songs right now. You know, the one where the cartoon princess gets pitched into the real world's New York. I LOVE that movie. Well, I technically love lots of movies. OOOOOH "how does she know" just came on. That's probably one of my favorite songs in the ENTIRE movie. how do I knoooooooooooooow he loves me how do I knooooooooooooooooooow he's miine? Sorry I couldn't resist doing that.
Yeah, in Spanish on Thursday we did valentines. Written in spanish. Obviously. But what's really awesome is in spanish-speaking countries, today isn't "la dia del santo valentino," today is "la dia del amisad." I like that one better. It means "the day of friendship." I don't really like people creating a day specifically for people flaunting how they have a date and other people don't. I mean, in the end, people are probably going to have more friends in their life than boyfriend/girlfriends. But still. On the other hand, there's those little candy hearts, which I absolutely am in love with. Seriously, I'd be okay with the a day for people flaunting their relationships if one of those candy hearts was a person and we were going out. Seriously I love those things.
Last night I saw the Pink Panther Two with my friend. It was absolutely hilarious. Almost funnier than the first one, I'm serious. And the first one was pretty flipping funny. My favorite line (one of them anyway) was one of Steve Martin's-"I shall now bring you up to speed. We know nothing. You are now up to speed." It was really funny. The accusation was also really funny. No, I'm NOT telling you who did it. Go see the movie for yourself. But it WAS funny. Because it was like, "the dude has a completely whack theory that might actually work," and then all the brilliant people were "joking" around with the accusation, figuring out theories and whatnot (because that's what smart people do. As I am not one of them, I can't entirely say I get the meaning of this excersise), and then the love interest says to the accused, "open your bag," and one of the brilliants is like, "dude, it was a GAME!" and then she's like, "yeah, but to complete the GAME, open your bag, you." and then the accused opens the bag and pulls out a gun and then the epic chase happens. And since it's a Steve Martin movie, the chase has him falling out of a balcony at least once. This time he grabs onto a fire hose. It was really funny.
Afterwards, me and my friend saw our other friend with a guy from my school. But it was okay, because he seems like a pretty nice guy. But it was just kind of akward, because it was like, "oh hey amigo! Woah, hey, dude from school!"
But then we all moved along with our buisness. And it was okay. Soooooooo yeah.
What now?
I have no idea.
I'm going to stop now.
Wait, no I'm not.
Because I'm bored.
And I have nothing else to do.
So I'm going to stay.
OR AM I?
I don't know.
What do you think?
I think I should stay.
I don't know what to do. I'm bored.
Oh yeah, I went to the library today. I finally found the book I've been meaning to read since forever ago, and as I was going to check out, I learned that I left my wallet-and my library card-at home by accident.
What fun!
I don't know what to say now.
But I did get it on hold online.
And when I was walking home, I learned that my neighbor got a hampster. She's really young, so she was all psyched. I whish I had a hampster. No, scratch that. I wish I had a PET.
When I move out, I'm going to get a dog.
And a cat.
And a rabbit.
And a guinea pig.
And a hampster.
And a mouse.
And a rat.
And a parrot.
And then I'll carry it around on my shoulder and pretend I'm a pirate! It'll be completely amazing!
And I'll get a lot of other animals.
And it will be amazing.
Because I'll have lots of pets and I won't be lonely.
Like I am a lot.
Because I have friends but friends aren't the same as pets.
Pets are your friends but you can still boss them around.
You can't do that with friends.
