here again

I know that this is my third post today. I don't care. I'm really bored and I have nothing better to do. I am in a better mood than this morning, however, which is good. Over the years, I have learned something very important-I am not a morning person. Enough said. And I have way too much time on my hands. And now I'm listening to Life is a Highway by Rascall Flats. It's the only song I have by them but I love it. I remember a while ago, back in the day when me and my dad were still memorizing Les Miz, and I had Life is a Highway stuck in my head, we made up little parodies for each of the characters to the first two lines of the chorus. My favorite was Javert's. The original was "Life is a highway/ and I'm gonna ride it all night long" but we changed it to "Life is a highway/ and I'm getting off at the next exit" because he committed suicide.

We saw Les Miz a couple weekends ago and it was freaking amazing. We had seen it a few years ago when it came to town, and I learned that front row seats are WAY overrated. But when we saw it recently, there wasn't really a lousy seat there, and I had the thing like entirely memorized, which made it all the more fun.

I have to go now. I don't know why we have to have call time at five thirty for a seven thirty show. We had call time five thirty LAST night, which was reasonable because LAST night was opening night. Oh, well. I have to eat. That's why I'm leaving now instead of in fifteen minutes. Okay shutting up.

whateverness

Risin' up, back on the street/Did my time, took my chances/Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet/Just a man and his will to survive/So many times, it happens too fast/You trade your passion for glory/Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past/You must fight just to keep them alive//It's the eye of the tiger, it's/the thrill of the fight/Rising up to the challenge of our rival/And the last known survivor/stalks his prey in the night/And he's watching us all with the eye of the tiger//Face to face, out in the heat/Hangin' tough, stayin' hungry/They stack the odds/ still we take to the street/For the kill with the skill to survive//It's the eye of the tiger, it's/the thrill of the fight/Rising up to the challenge of our rival/And the last known survivor/stalks his prey in the night/And he's watching us all with the eye of the tiger//Risin' up, straight to the top/Had the guts, got the glory/Went the distance, now I'm not gonna stop/Just a man and his will to survive//It's the eye of the tiger, it's/the thrill of the fight/Rising up to the challenge of our rival/And the last known survivor/stalks his prey in the night/And he's watching us all with the eye of the tiger/The eye of the tiger/

I LOVE that song!!!!!! (Eye of the Tiger by Survivor!!!! Hey!! It rhymes!!!)

so I don't actually have anything to do right now. I'm still in school, but it's virtually a free block. With cookies. I like cookies.

Well, tonight is West Side Story Round Two. I did the calculations in English, because I had to do this essay on personal courage (don't ask how it got into musicals) and so I calculated and tonight will be my 25th performance and my 12th show. Sometimes I'd say it would be my 13th, but then I remember that Guys and Dolls and Cinderella were technically in the same show, so that doesn't really count.

Anyway, my friend got Eye of the Tiger stuck in my head, so I researched the lyrics and decided to post them because we are agreed that it is one of the BEST SONGS EVER!!! That was last class. Now we're in this class, and I have no idea what song we're listening to right now, but we're listening to it. And I like it.

Good lord...now I have I Kissed a Girl by Katy Perry stuck in my head. Dang...

Okay I'm good now.

So anyway...yeah...

you should expect me to post more song lyrics. Because I will. Trust me, I will. Because I FREAKING LOVE SINGING!!!!!

Yes, I am very random. Have you noticed? Especially when I've had sugar. hee hee hee......

well, me and my friend somehow managed to wear our Lion King shirts on the same day for like the twentieth time. But I think it's the first time this semester. Or in 2009 for that matter. But last semester like every time I wore mine, she wore hers. It's creepy.

Yeah I'm really weird.

I'm going to go eat more cookies. Not that I haven't already had like six bazillion already.

Goodbye.

aftermath

So here I am. Again. In review of last night, I think West Side Story went quite well. I was really tired and the thing in my nose was on the verge of getting worse, so I don't think I could have done as well as I could have. But it did go well.
Now I'm really tired because I stayed up really late and was really ticked off in general afterwards last night, because of my nose. Whenever I cry myself to sleep I am always super hugely tired in the morning. It's really annoying because it isn't even 10:30 in the morning and I feel like I'm about to fall asleep on the computer. But I'm not. Hopefully.
Well, now the infection from my nose has either spread to my eyelids or a new one has sprung up there. It's not fun, but it's why I'm being so negative today. That and the fact that-you guessed it-I'm tired as heck. The cast was going to go to 7/11 last night but by the time we got there everyone had left and my mom made me leave too. :(. :P.
OK I'm done now.
