Well, we had no power or rehearsal yesterday, which makes me quite sad. What makes me even more sad is that we have no school today, which means no opening night tonight. Although I sort of dislike Thursday night performances, there's still the undeniable fact that Friday is now opening night, which will sort of mean that Friday, which should be well-attended, will not be as good as it could be. We missed two full run-throughs, one of them being the opening performance, which is kind of bad.
Also, some of the seniors have college auditions on Saturday in the middle of the matinee (the replacement third performance), which is kind of bad, as one of them is kind of significant. I AM glad we're doing the third performance, (the music department kind of needs it), but I don't know whether it's going to be any good, since there will be some significant people missing and lack of publicity. SO yeah.
Also, I was kind of looking forward to opening night.
Also, now that there's no school and no show, I have absolutely no excuse not to get all my due-tomorrow homework done.
Grr.
At least we have power!
